On the afternoon of July 8th, in the second new products debut and intensive signing ceremony of SONGUO in 2019 (Seoul) for three days, SONGUO signs cooperation agreement with SAMSUNG SDI.

As a representative enterprise with the first-class integrated solution for global new energy power batteries, SAMSUNG develops new technologies and enhances technological competitiveness through continuous R&D investment. Samsung SDI has become the global technology leader by further strengthening its technology and influence in the future industrial center structure of energy. It is in line with the strategic positioning of SONGUO to become a reformer of new energy vehicle industry. Through close cooperation, both parties will deepen the technical and products cooperation in new energy especially the new generation power battery so as to push forward the development of green and environmental-friendly new energy. As a result, a brand new future will be opened by continuous innovation enriching people’s life. Both parties will endeavor to cooperate with the goal of promoting the development of the automotive 2.0 era and leading the market trend through unique technology and continuous innovation.
After signing the contract, both parties jointly participate in the new product launching activities of the group charging and swapping system and its intelligent control system (including the intelligent system of mobile phone app) of SONGUO coded as BSS. They decide that the SONGUO group battery pack will be marked with both SONGUO and SAMSUNG logo.
