Songuo Motors carried out training on production line operators of first batch
On November 13th, thirty-five production line operators joined Songuo Motors. Their average age is less than 30 years old, and the operators with associate degree and above takes up 46%. Recently, human resources department organized a training class for one week.
Through training, the new staff knew each other, which not only eliminating communication gap and strange feeling, but also increase cooperation tacit. As for the daily work management on the new employees, the HR department emphasized the working discipline, daily assessment and safety, required everyone to increase safety consciousness, abided by working discipline and cherish the opportunity for learning and applied the knowledge to work.
Corporate cultural training is very important, and the training staff illustrated SONGUO R&D history, innovative technology, the construction of overseas SKD factory, the first phase project planning, cultivated ownership spirit and sense of mission, encouraged everyone to set up long-term goal and struggle for the future of SONGUO as well as their owns.
The military training and the pre-job professional training for the new staff will be carried out later.
