SONGUO Passed the Three-System Certification of QMS, EMS and OHSMS Successfully
On September 19, after nearly half a year of system operation and management evaluation, SONGUO Motors Co., Ltd. successfully passed the auditing of “Quality, Environment, Occupational Health Safety” management system, and obtained the three-system certification.
After years of research and development, SONGUO Motors has realized the industrial application of several new materials on the whole vehicle, subverting the four major processes of stamping, welding, spraying and final assembly of traditional automobile production, reducing the cost of production and running. The production efficiency is environmentally improved on the basis of greener and greener. At the same time, SONGUO Motors has realized a diversified application of power from fuel to gas to electric and hydrogen fuel. The “Key Energy Technology Development and Industrialization Project for Lightweight and Intelligentization of New Energy Vehicles” was included in the key research and development plan of Shandong Province in 2019.
In order to ensure product quality, to improve market competitiveness, and to provide quality products that meet market requirements continuously, SONGUO Motors began to standardize the three systems of ISO9001 (quality), ISO14001 (environment) and OHS18001 (occupation health and safety) in early 2019. More than half a year of actual operation, passed a series of management review, certification audit, and successfully obtained the three system certification.
On the basis of the continuous operation of the three systems of “quality, safety, occupation health safety”, SONGUO Motors will further promote the certification of Automotive Quality Management System IATF 16949, comprehensively promote the normalization and standardization of management, realize the integration of various management tasks with international standards as soon as possible, improve the international competitiveness of enterprises and accelerate the internationalization of Songuo industry projects.
