On the morning of December 12, the investigation group of Torch High Technology Industry Development Center, Ministry of Science and Technology paid a visit to SONGUO MOTORS, accompanied by Su Lanwu, the Municipal Deputy Secretary and Acting Mayor.
The Torch High Technology Industry Development Center, Ministry of Science and Technology, founded in October of 1989, is an independent legal entity affiliated to the Ministry of Science and Technology and responsible for the conduction of the China Torch Program. By the formulation and implementation of a series of policy instruments, including the national high-tech industrial development zone, scientific and technological incubator, high-tech enterprises, innovative industrial cluster, etc., the center is gradually becoming a professional comprehensive service organization with integrated resources for entrepreneurship and innovation.
