Brief news of 156 seconds| Visiting 5 key projects of Dezhou during promotion meeting of provincial new and old kinetic energy conversion projects

From 13th May to 17th May, promotion meeting of provincial new and old kinetic energy conversion projects and commendation conference of attracting investors and talents are held. During these five days, the provincial key projects and new and old kinetic energy conversion projects of Liaocheng, Dezhou, Binzhou, Dongying, Zibo, and Jinan are visited. Besides, the counties and cities in Shandong Province with outstanding results in attracting investors and talents are commended.
From 13th to 14th May, the delegation comes to Dezhou and visits the industrialization of Branden coronary drug-coated stent system，pacemaker R&D project, Qihe museums project, Hoston G-WIT new material, Songuo Motors, Yineng’s copper indium gallium selenium (cadmium free) thin-film solar cell project with annual output 300MW in Dezhou, and the first-stage of scale production project of Grinm large size silicon for integrated circuits.
Owning international invention patents and the distribution of coronary stent made by Shandong Province to 40 countries and places of Europe and America.
On the afternoon of 13th, May, after the visiting in Liaocheng, the delegation comes to industrial park of biological pharmacy and medical equipment in Qihe high-tech zone of Dezhou, and inspects the industrialization of Branden coronary drug-coated stent system and pacemaker R&D project. The projects are in line with provincial top ten industries policy and provincial cultivated leading projects of medical treatment and health, which are in the list of major projects base of provincial new and old kinetic energy conversion by 2018. The projects begin from February 2017. Presently, R&D experiment center, company activity center and workshop are completed, and six national and provincial scientific research platform including Academician workstation of Chinese academy of sciences are landed. Meanwhile, coronary drug-coated stent is putting into mass production. The whole park will be completed by 2025, and by then R&D projects including pacemaker, Embolism microspheres, and Drug eluting balloon catheter will all achieve industrialization.
Surrounded by green mountains and clear rivers, Qihe museums create arts treasure hall of cultural heritage.
On the afternoon of 13th May, the delegation visits Qihe museums project. It is one of the major industrial projects introduced by Dezhou government that focuses on accelerating new and old kinetic energy conversion and developing quality tourism. The project is invested by Shandong Kunhe CO., LTD, covering 530 thousand square meters with 19 museums and exhibition area mainly including large root carving art museum, ancient creatures’ fossil museum and rare minerals museum. The construction marks natural layout and classical style, putting 19 theme museums into a picturesque landscape.
SONGUO MOTORS builds a new non-pollution industrial park worth 10 billion with an annual vehicle production of 230,000.
On the morning of 14th May, the delegation comes to new energy equipment industrial complex in high-tech zone of Dezhou and visits the projects of Hoston G-WIT new material and SONGUO MOTORS electric vehicles. The complex is electrical vehicles industry cluster cored by SONGUO MOTORS, covering 956 thousand square meters. The investment of CNY 2.5 billion equals to 340 square meters has been completed. The first-stage construction—injection molding, body, assembly plant, engine made by Engine Tech and EPT system—builds from March of 2018, and will put into mass production this September. The second-stage construction-Hoston G-WIT new material, Loop new material tube, international logistics park—builds from May of 2018. Among them, Hoston G-WIT invests 850 million CNY in the list of key projects of Shandong Province and major provincial projects of new and old kinetic energy conversion in 2019. The plants are completed and undergo equipment installment. The industrial park will be fully completed in June 2020, which will bring annual production of 230 thousand vehicles, over CNY 20 billion operating income and 3000 job opportunities.
The first mass production line of（Cadmium free）copper indium gallium selenium thin film solar cell is about to complete in Dezhou.
On the morning of 14th May, the delegation visits the copper indium gallium selenium（Cadmium free）thin film solar cell project with 300MW annual production of Yineng in Dezhou, which is invested by CNEI CO,. LTD. In March of 2018, it is in the list of major provincial projects base of new and old kinetic energy conversion. The total investment reaches 2.43 billion CNY, and its previous plants about 38 thousand are upgraded with annual production of 300MW copper indium gallium selenium（Cadmium free）thin film solar cell. It is started from October of 2017 and will be completed this September. At present, they completes investment worth 760 million CNY and plants upgrading, and is undergoing equipment installment and debugging. After mass production, the project will bring sales revenue of CNY 1.16 billion per year and 580 job opportunities.
Under the preferential policies, over 100 high-tech enterprises landed in the industry transfer and transformation base of Dezhou within one year.
On the morning of 14th May, the delegation visits high-tech industry transfer and transformation base of Beijing and inspects the first-stage of scale production project of Shandong Grinm large size silicon for integrated circuits. Since the operation of the project, over 100 high-tech enterprises from Beijing including Zhongguancun have landed in the base. The project is invested by Grinm Science and Technology Group and Japanese RST company and built by Shandong Grinm Semiconductor Material CO,. LTD. It is the major project as a base for Beijing high-tech industry transfer and transformation. It is in the list of key projects of Shandong Province and major provincial projects of new and old kinetic energy conversion in 2019. The project is invested CNY 1.8 billion and starts from this March. Main manufacturing plants cover 200 thousand square meters with 154 new equipment and complete at the end of next year. By then, it will achieve annual production of 2.76 million 8 inches silicon chip, 1.8 million 6 inches silicon chip and 300 tons large diameter silicon single-crystal. Presently, it is under construction of pile foundation.
